Leaving Auckland on the 18th August 2016.
When we arrive at Kuala Lumpur International airport we travel straight up to Putrajaya half way between the airport and downtown Kuala Lumpur. Here we stay three nights. Then drive straight through KL out to the east coast Kuantan. Three nights here staying at a resort on the coast. Up the coast to Terengganu for two nights. Further north still on the coast to Kota Bharu for two nights. Then heading inland through the Belum rainforest in the far north. Two nights here then across to the West coast to Penang Island for six nights where we will have our half way break from driving and hopefully time to relax more.Then up into the mountains to the Cameron Highlands where we should get some relief from the heat. Two nights here then back down to Kula Lumpur for four nights. Last night at the airport hotel before we leave Malaysia on the 12th September arriving home on the 13th September at 2.40pm on QF123
